How much can I save on calls from my switchboard to cellular phones?
Clients save on average from 26% to 36.5% net on their monthly spend to cell phones. What's more, you can see your actual savings on EVERY CALL on your monthly TelePassport phone bill, which also includes a graph for easy reference.

How many cellular calls must I make to qualify for a TelePassport Cellular Least Cost Routing solution?
A TelePassport Cellular LCR solution can be installed at clients making as little as N$1,500 worth of cellular calls per month, going up to millions of N$ per month.

What are the requirements in order to qualify for a Cell One router?
Calls made to Cell One numbers should amount to a minimum of N$600.

How do I get started using TelePassport's Cellular Least Cost Routing services?
Note our contact details on this website. You can call or email us right away. We will come to your office, give you a free professional evaluation of your LCR needs, and then tailor a specific proposal to suit your company. From then on you are adding to your bottom line with every call you make.

Can TelePassport's Cellular LCR be installed on any PABX?
In short, yes. In those instances where more than a standard installation is required, TelePassport will tailor a solution to accommodate the client. We are also continuously developing and updating our technology to ensure that our Cellular LCR equipment is compatible with any PABX. So far, we have not yet met the PABX we cannot install on!

How will I be billed every month?
TelePassport clients are billed monthly by debit order, and billing is sent free of charge by email every month.

Are TelePassport's services legal?
Yes. All of our products are fully licensed services from duly licensed telecommunications network operators.

Why are there still cellular calls appearing on my Telecom Namibia account?
If cellular calls are still appearing on your Telecom Namibia bill, it is due to the probability that overflow has been programmed. The TelePassport Customer Service team checks the clients profile for overflow on a regular basis, however should you notice this, please contact us on 061 370 150.
